About Us
Jerry Jensen is an Accredited Executive Associate with the Institute for Independent Business, and President of Jerry Jensen and Associates, LLC. He has 35 years senior management and consulting experience in diversified Fortune 1000 and entrepreneurial companies, a Big 5 accounting and consulting firm, a not-for-profit regional arts center, a retail franchisor and a leading credit card bank. At these companies he effectively utilized his industrial engineering, materials management and marketing skills toimprove processes, increase profits and achieve high levels of growth. As part of his consulting experience, he has worked with the Presidents and owners of well over a hundred small and medium-sized companies in the United States, Europe, South America, Australia and the Far East, in a broad range of diversified industries. These include many manufacturers ranging from food and drug processing to metal manufacturing, service organizations, franchisors and retailers. He has owned his own service business, and has also served with and managed not-for-profit artistic organizations. He holds Masters and Bachelors degrees in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, and is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) through APICS. Jerry works personally with business entrepreneurs in a hands-on and cost effective manner to quickly implement changes and improvements that will be effective and willprovide lasting benefits. His aim is to “help business owners enjoy their work again!”

Our mission
We are a small firm comprised solely of senior executives and advisors. MBAs? Sure. But with the gray hair and battle scars that come from having solved these problems before. Jerry Jensen and all of our associates have worked for multi-billion dollar firms, and then gone on to successfully start our own businesses and practices, most of us more than once. We have experienced the discipline and rigor of large corporations, as well as the requirement for fast action and immediate results that typifies small business growth companies.
